The immediate goal of iLEAP is to help students transition to the Common Core State Standards. The long term goal is to help students accelerate through Common Core curriculum and achieve top grades while taking honors math classes. With solid foundation in math accelerated through elementary and middle school, students will be able to take rigorous courses, pursue advanced studies, conduct science research, and pave their pathways to top colleges.
iLEAP Math Tutoring program offers individualized learning, small group tutoring, and accelerated curriculum based on Common Core Standards for students in grades 28. To sign up, follow the instructions below:
 Schedule a Common Core Diagnostic Exam. The comprehensive diagnostic exam will take about 50  90 minutes, and will be $50.00 each, which count as new student registration fee. Click here to sign up.
 Select Class and Location: iLEAP class placement is based on the results of the diagnostic exam. Once placed in a level, students are able to control their own pace of learning. They can advance to the next level whenever they are ready.
 Complete Enrollment: enrollment is based on 10week session similar to other Avid programs. Whenever possible, we will group 35 students of similar learning levels into small groups.

Refund Policy
Withdrawls, class changes or other financial requests must be made by emailing accounting@avidacademy.com.
 Withdrawls made 7 days before the first day of class will receive a full refund or credit minus the materials fee ($35.00) and new student registration fee ($50.00). Switching between programs is also allowed up to 7 days before the start of class, depending on availability and given the instructor’s approval
 No refund or credit will be given to withdrawals made within 7 days before the start of class
 No prorated tuition or credit will be given for missed classes
 No trial classes will be offered

Qualifying Exam and Class Placement Consultation
Schedule a qualifying exam: Our Math Olympiad programs are designed to challenge gifted students. All students wishing to participate in our programs must take a qualifying exam, unless they meet one of the following exceptions:
Qualifying exams are available Mondays  Fridays 9 AM  6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM  2 PM at both campuses. There is no cost to take a qualifying exam. No appointment is necessary.

Tuitions
Tuition varies based on the session of enrollment. There are three sessions a year: Fall, Winter and Spring. The sessions consist of one meeting a week for ten weeks. Since the hours of instruction and location of each program are unique, tuition varies. Email us at info@AvidAcademy.com for more details.
Materials
There is a materials fee of $35.00 per session. It covers the costs of math contest participation fees, classroom handouts, problem sets, and other instructional materials. It does not cover the costs of problem solving textbooks.
Problem Solving Textbook
Some of the classes require textbooks. Problem solving textbook prices range from $45.00  $75.00 depending on the training program. The cost of the textbook will be billed separately.
